GlobalCom currently exceeds the quota Globalstar required in the Star Dealer program by twelve times. GlobalCom is one of the largest direct agents with Globalstar. As a Star Dealer GlobalCom meets all standards required in the Star Dealer program which include providing a equipment rental program, a outside sales program, a large inventory, staff trained to perform Level 1 troubleshooting hardware and data services, active in marking Globalstar products, takes advantage of the Globalstar Coop program, provides sales pipeline forecasts, attends Globalstar training programs, provides installation services and tests every satellite phone before delivery to the customer.
