Thrane & Thrane Explorer 727 Vehiclular BGAN Terminal

The Explorer 727 is similiar to the 527. The main differences are the Power over Ethernet (PoE), a built in SIP Server, ISDN Interface, faster streaming and the ability to remote the antenna up to 300 feet from the terminal. The PoE enables other applications to be charged directly from the terminal. It supports a POTS voice handset via its RJ-11 jack or an ISDN handset. Max Internet speed is 432 kbps, or 256 kbps streaming. A WIFI tranceiver is built-in to the terminal. No antenna pointing is required.
